Non-exhaustive list of documentation & knowledge work I can deliver for your business ✔️
Empower your users to self-service their product knowledge and independently solve common navigation issues or error messages. Ensure correct usage of your solution, and minimise customer-handling overhead for your teams.
Align internal knowledge, terminology (taxonomy), and processes for maximum operational efficiency. Simplify complex information for your teams, and make this accessible and easy to understand so they may make the most of your resources.
No less important, other documentation needs to help advance your product roadmap and improve customer experience 🚀

I am a badminton player, boardgame enthusiast, collage artist, cat owner, nonfiction book reader, and live music devotee. I enjoy planning itineraries revolving around food, and re-discovering my love for poetry, cinema, and theatre 🤓
Born in the UK, I was raised in Japan, France, and Spain before studying computer science & communication at the University of Maryland (go Terps! 🐢) I lived and worked in San Francisco before moving to London in 2019, where I began my involvement in climate action by participating in the Global Climate Strike.
Since then, I have been a member & volunteer of various climate communities, completed the Climatebase Fellowship, graduated from the Terra.do Learning for Action climate programme (go Whale Sharks! 🐋), and joined Carbon Re in 2022.
